the weekend before last was spent in port st johns, the bottom photo showing the view from amapondo backpackers. we went on the backpacker's waterfall tour which took us up to lusikisiki and went to three waterfalls. angel falls is the smaller one, magwa falls is just huge. if you can handle the height, you can sit right at the edge of the cliff face. back at the backpakers that night, the cats tried desperately to steal my food, so i took one of them hostage...

Hi Will - stumbled acxross your blog whilst researching PSJ for the trivago travel community. I've some great memories of a hammock, cold beer and the view from the bar at Amapondo, but sadly I've no pics. Perhaps you would care to add some and/or a review?

greetings pierre. i would be happy to help but the pictures from that weekend belong to a friend of mine. i will be returning there in the near future, hopefully with a new camera, and then im sure i can arrange something for you. the hammocks are a big drawcard!
